Are you using 4.8.3?
I have listed the partial contents of theme.cfg, and none of these control
the color scheme in the admin UI. The only reason I even care about the UI
is that some of the selections at the top of the screen are so dark I can't
read them.
The following is found in the admin colors section, and called
BAR_LINK_TEMPLATE where I would assume the color scheme is located, but I
haven't been able to track it down: (here is the value)
