Jim,

Thanks for posting "How to Ask Questions The Smart Way" and thanks to Eric 
Raymond, et al for creating it.  I'm an IC newbie and have been monitoring 
this list for about a week. This is one of the most helpful nontechnical 
postings I've seen on any forum in quite some time.  It was a useful 
reminder for me, and I've forwarded this to my teen girls and a friend's 
teen son who's a Hacker in development.
