Two small errors acount... Well you are at the first and you would shortly
discover the second...

You forgot the variable:

AUTHNET_MODE	custom authorizenet

Then you need to leave AUTHNET_REFERER blank and don't configure any URLs in
your AuthorizeNet Tools Area...

That should be it and you up and running...
