[ic] Export search results

I've plowed through the docs. I have searched the list archives (using a
number of different search strings), and still haven't found an easy way to
export the results of a search to a file to be used for a download. It looks
like I could define the search and then use a GlobalSub routine to write
individual items  to a file, but didn't know if there was an easier way.
