Even if you do install the RPM modules (some of which are out of date
for Red Hat 7.2), I recommend running 

perl -MCPAN -e 'install Bundle::Interchange'

Or perhaps this first to get a faster mirror:

perl -MCPAN -e 'shell' 
o conf urllist push ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/pub/CPAN/
