[ic] Error: (skipjack): Charge operation 'skipjack' failed.

Hi everyone,

When I try to buy something through my Interchange catalog using
Skipjack as the payment gateway, the checkout form reloads, and I see
this error message at the top:

(skipjack): Charge operation 'skipjack' failed.

The error log says:
216.23.55.253 b2udVccz:216.23.55.253 - [02/December/2001:11:29:21 -0500]

/cgi-bin/iotcat/process.html PGP failed with status 131072:

I'm not actually trying to use PGP, is there something I need to disable
there? At one point in the past, I was getting errors about skipjack,
but not since I added some of the variables below.

Per the instructions in Vend::Payment::Skipjack, I've added the
following to catalog.cfg:
CreditCardAuto       No
Route  skipjack      id           "12345678901234"   <- obviously not my
real skipjack id
Route  skipjack      partner      "__SKIPJACK_PARTNER__"
Variable   MV_PAYMENT_MODE  skipjack

I've tried putting the "CreditCardAuto" line in interchange.cfg on a
hunch, but that just causes errors when starting the server.

And in interchange.cfg, I've added this at the end:
# enable Skipjack
Require module Vend::Payment::Skipjack

I'm using Interchange 4.8.2, Red Hat 6.2, perl 5.6.1. Any suggestions?
