I see in IC 4.8.2

#grep -R "modular_buy" *
...
foundation/pages/flypage.html:          [include
templates/components/modular_buy]

and 

#ls templates/components/modular_buy
ls: templates/components/modular_buy: No such file or directory

It is not there!
