[ic] SalesTax Bug?
Wierd issue here, we're attempting to add a new sales tax for code 'NC'
- this is already defined in the States table.

However-- these tables are NOT set as read-only. Any ideas? We're
racking our minds over what should be very simple... Permissions on the
files are 0664, user.mvend for ownership. Any ideas?
