In case I don't make that meeting, I would like to suggest the ability to
pass a style spec, or a stylesheet class name, to all IC tags which
generate <a href="foo">, i.e.
[page name=foo style="color:green; font-weight:bold"]Foo</a>
[page name=foo class=greenlink]Foo</a>
