This is a common problem.
This is how to solve it.
Do a tail -f on your error.log. Now, restart interchange with
/etc/rc.d/init.d/interchange restart
You will see the problem come up in your tail window. Keep in mind that
there can be a few error.log's and you need to be viewing the main
interchange one.
