Richard,

you have a problem with the checkout. It seems to me, you are not able
to finish the order with the checkout page.
Therefore, add a line like

TEST: What ist happen? [error all=1 show_var=1 keep=1 show_error=1]<BR>

anywhere in your checkout page to see any other error, which is not
provided by such kind of codes like

[error name=fname std_label="First Name" required=1]

regarding your profiles.order, this is not the same like the files in
fondation/etc/profiles.order.

Something is wrong in checkout or profiles.order

Did you look into the error.log files?
