[ic] Server Start Error

I had a problem to start the interchange server version 4.8 in RedHat 7.1.
Every time I try to start the server, it told me that :

config error: Please specify the MailOrderTo directive in the configuration
file.

I had try use in Sun Solaris 8 without problem.

Please help me to solve it.
