[ic] credit card section and shipping method
I have 4.8.1 running.
When I only enable Online Check and Postal Billing as
payment methods, and click on Checkout, the credit
card section still shows up even though the default
selection is Online Check. If I select Postal Billing
and then switch back to Online Check again, credit
card is gone and is replaced by checking info.
Something to do with Check Out button URL?
