[ic] Multiple parts on same order

Thanks for a really great program.
 
Could someone explain to me how to make it possible to order
say 2 or 3 identical items on the same order (same sku).
This item is sold by length.
So in the quantity field in user would type in how many feet is required.
On the same order he/she may need the same item a different lenght.
I understand that the simple solution would be to add the two together
BUT this will not work in this situation.
 
I am guessing that it has to do with table relationships (product and orderline).
Can this be changed on a existing table?
