[ic] Shipping Question (IC vs MV)
Trying to use the same shipping.asc method I used with Minivend. Everything
seems to work except when trying to pass a different value for AK & HI.
Shipping is based on Price, below is what I have working so far without the
AK & HI working

I'm sure I'm missing something simple here, at least I hope it's simple.
