[ic] "mode" is not defined

Hello,

What mode is not defined in the following and how do I define it?

bin/interchange -r
Killing Interchange server 14215 with TERM.
Low traffic settings.
"mode" is not defined in %Fcntl::EXPORT_TAGS at bin/interchange line 2732
Calling UI......UI is loaded...
Interchange V4.7.6
Configuring catalog DM...Using default DBM database...done.
Interchange server started in INET and UNIX mode(s) (process id 14978)

I can see the foundation store at:
http://desertmystique.mybinaryblocks.com/cgibin/DM.cgi
but all links return Undefined catalog: /cgibin/DM.cgi/index.html

Is this problem related to the mode not defined error?

What else could cause this Undefined Catalog error?
