The preferred quoting method is to put your comments *below* the text you
are quoting.
To specify it as an Interchange database, create a
construct/dbconf/mysql/rep.mysql file, using the same self-explanatory
format of the other dbconf/mysql/*.mysql files. More information at:

Also, someone posted a great step-by-step for doing this, you might try the
