Yes it does support custom headers. I use it for e.g. adding a bcc header in my
mails. I see no reason why it would not work with any other header...

Here is an example posted by Mike in the beginning of this year.

    [email-raw]
    From: me@mine.com
    To: you@yours.com
    Subject: Testing
    Bcc: whoever@whereever.com

    Message.
    [/email-raw]
