You can use it via ODBC if you can get the appropriate driver
set running. It has been done before, I know, but I do not know
how recently.
Interchange does run on Windows now if you employ the Cygwin
tool set and its Perl, and I think that DBD::ODBC may install
easily there as well. That I have not tried, though.
