[ic] Missing Shipping Methods

I have added a new shipping method: USPS and set it to charge $4.50 for all
order less than $25 and free shipping for larger orders and it works, but my
1DA and 2DA don't appear in the shipping method box on the check out page.

This is the US line in country.txt:
US 0  US USPS 1DA 2DA United States USA 840

These are the 1DA and USPS lines from shipping.asc:
