[ic] Can stock alert send a carbon copy email?

Having searched previous postings, I get the impression that the stock alert
facility only emails the customer to tell them they will be notified when an
item is back in stock, and does nothing more.

However, does anyone have any idea how I might make the stock alert
"emailer", (whatever, and wherever that may be) send one email to the
customer at the email address they have entered, and a copy of the same
email to me (at a pre set email address)?
