[ic] Locale and Dual Currency Display

Hi

my customer wants to have two locales available, but as he'll be
administering an affiliate program, it would be easier for him if all sales
records are in the default US$, rather than having to try and determine
which currency sales actually were. Rather than having people logon to
different locales, can I just display all prices in two currencies based on
settings in my locale file, and also show those two prices on the order
email he receives?
