.. thanks for the lively response.  Now HTTP_REFERER is going to bug me
everytime I see it.  I guess I'm just one of *those* people.

I fully agree that its not worth changing because of compatibility issues -
I guess I fancy myself a design-nazi.

Alas, I digress...
