[ic] Getting The UI Access To Work...

G'Day Folks,

Has anyone actually been able to lock users out of areas of the UI with the
access permissions?

What I want to be able to do is not allow the user to even get into the Content,
Design, or Administration menus... This should be straight forward, but there is
no obvious choices in the permissions editor on how to lock users out of
areas...

Has any one seen any details documentation on the access section???
