[ic] mail reports

Any way to turn off the default report that is mailed to __ORDERS_TO__
I've tried leaving out the email address and several things in catalog.cfg
but to no avail.

I only want email sent to customer.  Orders are checked regularly so no need
for email to admin.  All the other info I get off the server.
