[ic] [L] and [LC] tag don't work

I've installed interchange 4.6.5, but when i use [L][/L] and [LC][/LC] tag,
they don't work.

[loc][/loc], instaed, works

Someone can give an answer to my question?
Maybe a bug.

In the previus version, 4.6.3, they work
