You could try this for your ENCRYPTOR:
/path/to/encrytor -options key >>~/encrypt.log
(don't forget to Apply Changes)
...this should redirect any specific error messages from encrypt program to
file in your (or interch) home directory called encrypt.log - it may
provide more specific info about what went wrong.
