[ic] Check for expired sessions

I’ve been trying to figure out how to easily check for an expired session,
and bounce the user to a “session expired” page if they come back to an
expired session. What’s the simplest way to do this? I couldn’t seem to find
what I was looking for on the Interchange site. Is “[if session failure]”
what I want?
