[ic] Second products adds in the UI order...(ergent)

Hello.
Every time i order a product, i get the mail with the product i ordered,
but when i get into the "Orders" from the UI it always adds  randomly a
second product.Any ideas why can this happend?I use 4.6.5
My customers has really been pissed off.
