I thought that I could duplicate the admin menu by making another login.html 
and a new set of UI_STD_HEAD and so on. But it is very cumbersome, and it 
seems that the main admin menu is hidden deep in the belly of STD_HEAD. I 
made the change in 4.6, but it doesn't work in 4.7, and I don't want to use 
all my time to figure this out for each new release :-(
