[ic] Upgraded from MV to IC: WHat about CyberCash?

I went through no small amount of magic to get cybercash to function
properly with MV 4.x. This included hacking the cybercash modules as
described on the minivend list over the years. 

Is this still necessary with interchange or should it simply work out of
the box now?
