[ic] Problem Editing Items
When trying to add or edit items,
the only options are ok and cancel
This is all that is displayed:

Item editor: edit item new0001
OK Cancel
OK Cancel Auto-export
---------
I tried copying the newest item_edit.html from Akopia, and
restarted interchange, but still the same thing.
Any idea what is wrong?
