Hi!
I once had the same problem.Changed the password,was too busy to write
it down and then...oopps!!!
The solution is simple.
go to your catalog and find the folder "product".
Find the file access.asc .
open it and you will find it.If the password is encrypted,erase it and
write an easy pass like 123.
(u may need to erase the access.gdbm file...but be sure to keep a backup
of both files).
Restart interchange,get into the UI and change the password to something
more difficult.
Check the access.asc file to see if your new password is encrypted.
