[ic] Problem : When subtotal gets over 20000,it becomes zero...

Hello,
I upgraded to 4.6.5 (from 4.6.1)
I have this problem in my basket & in the process page :
When my subtotal gets over 20.000,it becomes zero and the discount gets
the subtotal price.
Before the upgrade all was working fine.

example
==========
subtotal :        19.000 drh
                        55,76 €

discount :            0 drh
                           0 €
=========

and it becomes

subtotal :        0 drh
                      0 €

discount :    20.000 drh
                    58,96 €


I use the [discount_ENTIRE ORDER] tag
I removed the whole discount,but the problem exists.

Any ideas?
