[ic] Funny problem in basket page

Hello.
I have this stange problem
I had a problem so i reinstalled interchange(everything's ok).
I placed the store i had done in the /catalogs directory and all works
just fine except one thing.
When i go to the basket most of the times the subtotal moves below where
the the discount is  and subtotal becomes zero

This should be the correct :

subtotal :    100
discount :     20

and it gets

subtotal :    0
discount :    100


Any ideas?
