[ic] interchange 4.7

Just wondering when to expect the official release of 4.7.
If you've tested the development release, what do you think of it? is it
worth using now, or should I wait.
What other features can I expect in the final release. One thing i noticed
on the 4.7 dev is a 'wizard' link in the quicklinks. Any insight into what
the 'wizard' will do.
