I am writing a program that will retrieve inventory info/status from my 
supplier, and its going to update the products.txt file via cron job.

My question is, do i have to do anything AFTER i update/change the products 
for IC to see the changes.  Or will it see the changes the next time that 
database is access.  Restart IC?
