And people wonder why I get so frustrated!

I've seen several references to 'CommonAdjust' in messages in relation
to pricing. I thought that maybe that would help me to solve the
problem that I've posted several times and gotten no answer to.

The only reference that I can find in the documentation that I have
printed out to 'CommonAdjust' is in the "Interchange Configuration"
manual in section 8.9, on page 59.

The -=ONLY=- thing that this tells me is: "Settings for Interchange
pricing. See 'Chained pricing'"

I have looked all through this manual for 'Chained Pricing' and I am
unable to locate it. Can someone please direct me to the instructions
in the manual for setting up 'Chained Pricing'?
