[ic] Admin Graphics

Hi,
Interchange 4.6.4
e-Smith 4.1.1
I've have a running installation of construct with one problem.

If I enter admin I get no graphics on the pages, all the text and background
colours etc are there but no graphics.
I looked at the source of the pages and found it is looking for them at
/akopia/ui/navigation/A1_b.gif

My installation is for testing and is not connected to the internet.

Have I done something wrong in the installation and it should be looking
locally.

I did search the archives but I couldnt find anything related to this as a
problem.
