Yes. Sorry. :-) Thawte.com, verisign.com, etc.
Signed certificates validate your "real company" status (e.g. DUNS number,
street address, etc.), so that visitors can rest assured that there is
somebody real on the other end.
Technically, however, your technology is just as encrypted, if your
customers don't mind an unsigned cert. (AFAIK, anyway).
