[ic] Problem Importing Shipping Rates

Ok, I've been playing with the UPS shipping rates and have run into a small
problem while important a new csv file containing the new rates. I went to
ups.com and got the new NextDayAir rate chart. I then went into the admin
side of the site and selected tables. From here I viewed the current
NextDayAir table in excel. I pasted the new dollar amount values over the
current values that were displayed in excel and then saved the file as
NextDayAir.csv on my system. I then went and tried to import the csv file
into Interchange and received an error. The error was:

FATAL error

gdbm store returned -1, errno 0, key
"k1,14.5,16.5,19.5,21,22.5,23.25,23.75,25.25,25.25,36.25
" at /usr/local/interchange/lib/Vend/Table/Common.pm line 327, line 2.

Progress to date:

Using fields from file: 'Exceed,102,103,104,105,106,107,108,124,125,126
'
Adding record '1,14.5,16.5,19.5,21,22.5,23.25,23.75,25.25,25.25,36.25
'.

Any ideas? csv file is attached.
