[ic] Some help with locales + search

Hello,
Even if i have greek locale in my system,i still can't search properly
in greek.I can search just fine in English with uppercase or lowercase.
If i try to search a greek word,i have to search it exactly as it is
written.
I even tried from the search builder,but had no luck.
Any ideas what is wrong here?
