[ic] Export of Interchange Data

Hi out there,

I understand the following exports the userdb in the file exuserdb

[tag flag write]expuserdb[/tag]
[tag export userdb expuserdb]Proceed[/tag]

what is the easiest way to say  : 

do the same export, but only export the data which has an input in the mod_time field

i hope this is not a bother but in the reference guide the export / import feature didn't get that much "footage"
