[ic] interchange-4.6.3 in Red Hat 7 from RPM package. Problems ???

Dear list,
I installed the interchange from RPM in RedHat 7. 
I obtained these results,

Of course, some thing is wrong here. But, I don't know what is?.
And now checking the status in finding, that the interchange is dead and ...
./interchange status 
interchange dead but subsys locked
Some body can help me with this?
