[ic] match limit in results.html

Where the heck is the match limit controlled? I know I could do a
complex search and control it that way, but I would like to just do a
simple search with "category=something" and have it display a 20 results
per page. Is this controlled with the url, in results.html, in
LEFTRIGHT_TOP, or what. Please help, I have a tight deasline.
