I wouldn't mess with building @items, etc. Much simpler code to do the
same thing:

[perl tables=products]
  foreach ( @{ $Carts->{main} } ) {
     $_->{mv_order_route} = $Tag->field( 'dl_type', $_->{code} );
  }
  return;
[/perl]
