[ic] re-occuring error
I installed interchange three times and keep getting this error:
[Sat Feb 10 22:44:02 2001] [error] Unrecognized character \177 at
/u1/v/vitameds/cgi-bin/construct line 1.
This is a binary file and I can not read what the problem is. Any help will
be appreciated.
