[mv] Increment Quantity in Cart when you add

Im using Minivend 4 and noticed something odd. When someone
adds an item to the cart that is already in the cart it ends
up being listed in the cart twice. I would like to avoid this.

Is there a way to make minivend just add another one to the 
quantity of the first lineitem instead?
