[mv] So How Does MV Process Background Images?

Hello,

It does seem apparent now that MV does not use the same algorithms to
display background images that commercial (albeit free) browsers use. 
Is there a need to rewrite the code for Minivend to support more robust
background image presentations?

Where is it in the source code for minivend that defines how a
background image is treated?  I will give it a shot to rewrite it, if
someone (Mike?) would tell me where to start looking.
