[ic] Placing Order Trouble

I'm having trouble with checking out with the shopping cart page.  Each time I
edit the /pages/ord/basket.html and preview it, 
the shopping cart doesn't show up, but I can skip it and go directly to
checkout, which works.  Could this be a problem with the process.html file
that shows up when I go to my shopping cart?
